Thank you for shopping with Peace Lily Gift Box Hampers. The following is our shipping policy where you can find answers to questions about our processing and shipping times.

Processing Time: The time needed to prepare an order for dispatch varies as some of your items are handmade by our artisans when we receive your order. Please allow for one to three days for us to dispatch your gifts.

UK Shipping Time: UK orders, with Royal Mail second class deliveries, are delivered in two to three working days after dispatch. If you have particular delivery instructions, please advise us at the time of ordering. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for addresses provided incorrectly.

UK Shipping Costs: Standard delivery on personal customer orders over £60, shipping is free! For orders under £60, there is a small delivery fee of £4.95. Please contact us for business customer rates.

Non-Standard Delivery Charges: Please note that the delivery charge of £4.95 covers the majority of regions of the UK mainland.

Delivery to non-UK mainland and certain regions on the mainland incur the following delivery charges with all orders: The Scottish Highlands & Islands, and certain UK Mainland regions – £20; Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly & Isle of Man – £30; and The Channel Islands – £60.

Overseas Shipping: The charges covers packaging and delivery only. Where there are local duties and taxes, these are the responsibility of the customer / purchaser and must be paid to receive the goods.

World Zone 1 (e.g. Canada and Middle East) from £26. World Zone 2 (e.g. Australia) from £32. World Zone 3 (USA) from £35.

In the unlikely event of a product being unsatisfactory, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be given instructions about where to return the goods which must be made without undue delay and in any case within 14 days of notifying us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

When the goods have been received and checked, a refund for the goods (premium charges are not refundable) will be issued. Please note that returning the goods to us is your responsibility and we are not obliged to repay you for any costs that you have incurred in returning the products to us. 

Exceptions  Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Once accepted, we generally cannot cancel or refund custom / bespoke orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 
Scenarios 1, In the rare and unfortunate event of breakages or damage in transit, in order for us to asses and consider a refund or exchange, we will need a photograph of the packaging box, including postage label, and a picture of the damage emailed within 24 hours of receipt to hello[@] - without these we are unable to process any further.
2, In the event of uncollected items after redelivery by Royal Mail or other courier, we sadly cannot offer refunds, exchange or redelivery.  
3, Once delivery has been confirmed by Royal Mail, or proof of delivery is provided through a photograph or signature, your transaction is completed. If a package goes missing or is stolen after this point, please contact Royal Mail to initiate a claim. We are happy to assist you in providing proof for your claim, and can send it to you via email upon request.
4, To ensure the successful delivery of purchased goods, it is the customer's responsibility to provide complete and correct delivery information. Our postage labels are generated based on the information provided during checkout. If the address is incorrect and the parcel is undelivered as a result, we are unable to automatically reissue your goods. In such an event, please contact us at hello[@] to discuss the possibility of redelivery. Please note that the customer will need to cover the postage costs for redelivery, and the postage costs for the original order are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
