1. ORDERS

Do I need an account to place an order?

You can set up an account or check out as a guest.

How do I order?

Select your products. Remember to include your complimentary message card in your cart.
Click 'Special instructions for seller' to include your personalised message for the card. Go to checkout.
Sign up / sign in. Enter contact details, billing and shipping address. Apply coupon code.
Choose payment method. Place your order and wait for confirmation.

Can I amend my order?

Drop us a quick message and we will see if we can. Mind you, there’s only a small window of opportunity to do this!

During periods of high volumes of deliveries, it’ll probably not be possible to amend the order after placing it.

Can I order several bespoke hampers to be delivered to the same address?

Yes, you can. Contact us and we’ll see how we can help.

How many gift messages can I request in my order?

We offer one gift message per gift item, for a delivery address.

How do I redeem a promotional code?

Enter the code in the promotional code box on the payment page and click 'SUBMIT'.

What gift can I get someone who has everything, and needs and wants nothing?

2. PAYMENTS

What payment methods do you accept?

We aim to make your shopping simple, with many popular payment methods for smooth checkout experiences. We accept Peace Lily Gift Cards, the main credit and debit cards and Pay Pal. You can also do a bank transfer for in-person pick-ups.

There is not enough credit on my Gift Card to pay for the total order, how can I pay the remaining balance?

Please continue your order on our website where the remaining balance can be paid by credit/debit card or PayPal.

Can I return an item without a receipt?

Regrettably, we are unable to accept any returns without proof of purchase.

Can sale items be returned?

We do not accept returns for sale items.

4. DELIVERIES

When will I receive my order?

We always get your order to you as soon as practical.

Processing times vary. However, your order will probably be processed within one to two days, Monday to Friday; and then add on the shipping time depending on your chosen dispatch / shipping method.

What packaging will my order be shipped in?

Your gorgeous magnetic gift box with ribbon is packed on the inside with a natural filler to protect your goodies and then placed in a protective brown cardboard box for shipping.

Do you ship to the USA and other destinations?

Yes we do. Please note that the customer is responsible for custom and other duties that may apply.

Are Peace Lily Gift Box Hampers healthy?

We care about wellness in various forms. Our elegant gift boxes are your feel good, look good and do good gifting choice.

We prefer products with no artificial nonsense (colouring, flavourings or preservatives), no palm oil, gluten-free and more. By purchasing and gifting, you are taking a proactive step for sustainability and supporting local businesses and good causes.

Are Peace Lily Gift Boxes all British?

That is certainly our goal and we are getting there, from your delicious goodies to the fillers and outer packaging!

We are continuously looking for new and exciting products from ethically conscious artisans, as well as from similarly minded established producers of classics.

6. GIFT CARDS

How quickly are e-gift cards sent?

E-gift cards are sent as soon as you place the order with us.

Why can't I purchase physical gift cards on the website?

We only do e-gift cards.

How long are the Peace Lily Gift cards valid for?

Our e-gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

Can you extend gift cards?

We are unable to extend gift cards. Gift cards are valid for 12 months.

I would like to order a Peace Lily gift card for a value that is not available on your website, how can I do this?

We are unable to place orders for E-gift cards for values that are not on our website.

Do you refund gift cards?

Gift cards are non-refundable.

Where can I use my Peace Lily gift cards?

You can use your e-gift cards online only.

Please select from our teas and coffees, spa and pamper, and indulgent treats gift collections.

7. OTHERS

Where are you located?

Although we have an office in London, we are fortunate to be located in Gloucestershire, one of the most picturesque counties of the UK. Your online orders are dispatched from this location.

After I've used up the goodies in the magnetic box, what can I do with it?

Every item in the boxes has been carefully chosen. From the packaging to the products themselves, we strive to use only British products that are recyclable and reusable.

The magnetic gift boxes are adaptable, and the sky is the limit to what you can do with them once all the goodies are gone ... filing, regifting, cat hiding place, scarf storage perhaps?
